About this role
Overview
ISS STOXX Sustainability Solutions support investors in integrating responsible investment practices, monitoring portfolio companies, and meeting regulatory reporting and disclosure requirements. The team also provides climate data, analytics, and advisory services to help financial market participants manage climate-related risks.
The Regulatory Solutions team develops products such as EU Taxonomy, SFDR PAI, ESMA Fund Name Guidelines, and UK SDR. We are hiring a Product Manager to support product development and enhancements across this suite. This role reports to the Head of Regulatory Solutions.
Responsibilities
Support development and enhancement of Regulatory Solutions products
Monitor sustainability regulations to ensure product alignment with evolving requirements
Gather and incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders
Manage product backlog and respond to stakeholder inquiries
Write product requirements and functional specifications
Support product integration into client deliverables and internal platforms
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product launches and enablement
Assist in product education for stakeholders
Qualifications
Background or degree in legal management, business administration, sustainability, environmental science, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in product/project management or related research
Knowledge of EU Taxonomy, SFDR PAI, and familiarity with ESG disclosure frameworks
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical product solutions
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Data literacy or experience working with analytical outputs
Understanding of ESG regulatory requirements for financial market participants
