ISPA Technology is seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing team onsite in Panama City Beach, FL. You will play a vital role in developing and maintaining software for critical military systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills and contribute to impactful projects with real-world implications for national security and scientific research.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test software modules for various military systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and other developers to ensure software meets project requirements and specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to government coding standards.
- Conduct rigorous unit and integration testing to guarantee software performance and reliability in demanding underwater environments.
- Stay up to date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies.
- Document technical work clearly and concisely for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment, fostering open communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Strong programming skills, with proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
