Program Manager
About this role
Location: Panama City Beach, Florida
Clearance: Active Top Secret, or ability to obtain one
- Lead overall program execution and serve as the primary interface with the Government customer.
- Manage staffing, schedules, priorities, risks, deliverables, and financial performance.
- Build and lead a strong technical team, including engineering, cybersecurity, integration, test, and field-support personnel.
- Work with technical leads to make sure problems are identified early and resolved quickly.
- Keep the customer informed without creating unnecessary noise or surprises.
- Make sure the team maintains the staffing and response coverage needed to support mission-critical systems, including 24/7/365 operational requirements.
- Manage program reporting, labor utilization, travel, Government property, workforce certifications, and other contract requirements.
- Maintain the proper relationship between contractor personnel and Government personnel and ensure the work remains non-personal in nature.
- Support transition, hiring, onboarding, retention, and long-term workforce planning.
- Help technical teams stay aligned across software, cyber, cloud, virtualization, automation, and fielding activities.
- Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems or a related IT field.
- At least 9 years of experience leading and managing expeditionary C5ISRT software programs.
- Experience with portfolio management, software integration, and software development supporting mission systems and deployable communications.
- Experience with virtualized architectures supporting shore and expeditionary platforms.
- Experience supporting Tactical Shore Platform and C4I Arsenal environments.
- Linux+ certification.
- Active Top Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
