Position Overview
As a well drilling tech/ Install Crew, you will assist with irrigation installations, well drilling support, job site setup, equipment handling, and general outdoor construction. This is a physically active, hands-on position working alongside experienced crew members in the field. If you are seeking an opportunity to work for a company that values each and every employee? Responsibilities
- Assist with irrigation installation and water well drilling projects
- Help set up and break down job sites
- Load, unload, assemble, and disassemble equipment and materials
- Assist crew leaders and drillers with daily project tasks
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain cleanliness of trucks, tools, equipment, and job sites
- Gather materials and prepare equipment for daily jobs
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site guidelines
- Support general labor and outdoor construction activities as needed
Requirements
- Must be able to work outdoors in Florida summer conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding manual labor
- Must be able to consistently lift 75–100 lbs
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Construction, irrigation, landscaping, or drilling experience is helpful but not required

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
