About this role

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 

  1. Supporting and assisting management in developing new client business development.
  2. Proactively supporting management in business development initiatives and trying to identify potential areas.
  3. Contributing and writing sections of new client proposals with senior supervision and approvals. 
  4. Contributing to costing of proposals.
  5. Managing smaller proposals (including design & pricing of research, solutions) with senior supervision and approval.

 

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

 

  1. Contributing to the day-to-day client interaction throughout the specific project processes and support seniors on general client relationship and communication, supporting seniors on face-to-face client meetings.
  2. Supporting SREs and Account Managers in their efforts of developing existing client accounts further.
  3. Contributing and writing sections of existing client proposals with senior supervision and approvals. 
  4. Contributing to costing of proposals.
  5. Managing smaller proposals (including design & pricing of research, solutions) with senior supervision and approval.
  6. Contributing to high quality project deliverables with supporting seniors in analysis/reports as per client objectives/requests. Providing accurate deliverables in line with senior expectations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

  1. Taking overall responsibility for the successful management of research projects, ensuring projects are delivered; on-time; on- cost to the client’s satisfaction.
  2. Contributing and doing project management, including, Clients: day-to-day interaction on project level with senior support and approval, Qre/DG/Obs. sheet: contributing to research materials with senior support and supervision, Operation (Fieldwork, Data Processing etc):  direct day-to-day interaction on project level with internal stakeholders and Suppliers: direct day-to-day interaction with senior supervision on project level.
  3. Contributing to project administration, and partially responsible for certain elements including job book management and Direct cost.
  4. Ensuring consistent project quality standards according to the established processes and procedures (executing all the needed project briefings, monitoring fieldwork quality, review meetings, data review).
  5. Proactively supports senior team throughout the project, e.g.: raising issues in a timely manner and being solutions focused.

  1. Attending and participating in all knowledge sharing initiatives via: Intranet readings, Ipsos online trainings, Internal f2f trainings, Best practices or POV shared by senior

Management.

  1. In line with the relevant business unit focus, a good understanding in at least one area of expertise (medium level) and continuous learning in at least two other areas.
  2. Proactively improving computer and soft skills.
  3. Proactively seeking out opportunities for own self-development, via informal and formal learning events (e.g.: establishing a mentor, reading materials on Intranet, attending training courses etc.
  4. Taking responsibility for their own on-the-job learning (e.g.: taking notes, asking questions from senior team members to clarify understanding etc.)

FINANCE, P&L AND ADMINISTRATIVE

 

  1. Contributing and supporting Head of the business unit in achieving financial targets of the department.
  2. Responsible on general administrative and HR compliance on personal level.
