Description
We are structured into two dedicated teams:
- General Medicine & Wellness: Focusing on the healthcare choices and experiences that shape people's everyday lives, from vaccines and consumer wellness to conditions managed in primary care Specialty: Focusing on complex and specialist therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology, cardiovascular, renal and rare diseases
- This structure allows us to provide deep expertise to our clients while offering you a chance to build a career in the part of the healthcare and life sciences world that excites you most.
The Role
We partner with clients to improve healthcare by turning research, therapeutic expertise, and market insight into smarter decisions.
You will begin with a tailored induction programme designed to introduce you to healthcare market research and build your core research skills.
From the outset, you'll be given real responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to a range of live qualitative and quantitative projects. Working across multiple studies, you'll support project teams with activities such as:
- Designing surveys, discussion guides and other research materials
- Analysing data and identifying meaningful insights
- Creating reports and presentations that bring findings to life
- Collaborating with colleagues and developing your knowledge of healthcare, research and emerging industry trends.
About You
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in every task.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset, focused on not only interpreting data but also understanding the “why” behind insights.
- Effective communication and storytelling skills, the ability to derive actionable insights from data and present them in a clear and engaging way for diverse audiences.
- Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset, with a genuine passion in understanding client needs and delivering impactful, value-driven solutions.
- A curiosity and learning agility that fosters exploration of new ideas and openness to understanding changing trends.
- Creativity and innovation to think outside the box and bring fresh, impactful ideas to life.

- An aptitude for leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance research and insights
- A passion and keen interest in the health and life sciences sector (a science/ medical/ healthcare background is not required).

Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with one of our talent partners. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office on 16th September and we are looking for candidates to start on November 2nd
