Organizational Context and Scope

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Programmes, the CBI Voucher Start-up Officer will support the implementation of IOM’s voucher interventions under the Typhoon Sinlaku reconstruction programme in Chuuk State. The incumbent will contribute to the implementation of a market-informed voucher assistance mechanism for shelter reconstruction targeting affected households across Chuuk State by providing technical support to field staff, as required, and contributing to the delivery of voucher-based assistance in accordance with project objectives and established procedures. Voucher-based shelter operations will be an integral component of the READY project’s shelter reconstruction initiatives, advancing IOM’s efforts in enabling Typhoon Sinlaku recovery.
