About the Team:

The Product organization plays a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative investment solutions across Invesco's global business. Working closely with senior leaders, investment teams, distribution partners, and key stakeholders, the team is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, supporting business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across the product lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where attention to detail, proactive communication, and strong partnership are essential to success. As Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Product, you will be a trusted member of the team, helping to optimize executive effectiveness and supporting the seamless execution of key business priorities.

About the Role:


As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Global Head of Product.

This EA will have an in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, processes, and exceptional interpersonal communication and skillsets. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. You will be exposed to highly confidential and sensitive company and employee information, which you will need to treat with utmost discretion and tact.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Manage the schedule strategically to create optimal flow;

  • Coordinate meeting times with attendees, including on-site or off-site logistics, as needed

  • Oversee all travel bookings, reservations, and logistics;

  • Process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner;

  • Create meeting invitations in the calendar that include all relevant information, i.e., attendees, Microsoft Teams link, address, room, agenda, prep materials;

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and offsite meetings, including setting up conference rooms, ordering catering as appropriate and welcoming guests;

  • Maintain and organize electronic files;

  • Handle phone coverage; answer, screen and direct calls as appropriate;

  • Assisting with onboarding for new hires within the department;

  • Provide backup coverage to other members of the administrative team;

  • Edit and review memos and presentations as requested.

Requirements of the Role:

  • Candidates must be professional, articulate, discrete, personable, flexible, and have excellent communication skills

  • Each day will bring a different set of experiences; candidates must be able to adapt quickly

  • 7+ years of experience of assistant support, both as an Executive and Personal Assistant

  • You are reliable, consistent, direct, and experienced in building trust with stakeholders

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • You are highly organized and thoughtful with strong customer service skills

  • Proactive in anticipating, addressing, and resolving potential challenges

  • You have an ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment

  • Eager to make an impact and thrive in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment

  • High proficiency with Microsoft suite products

  • Experience working across multiple cultures and global constituents

Additional Compensation Description

The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $120,000 annually.
