About the Role
Day to day the role will:
- Deliver telephone triage and clinical recommendations to people all over the world
- Liaise with international hospitals, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to get the full picture on patients who are admitted or being treated overseas
- Actively involved in medical evacuations and repatriations, working with both operational and senior medical directors.
- Coordinate with medical, aviation, and operations teams to facilitate timely care for our patients globally
- Keep case documentation clear and up to date in a busy, supportive environment
- Work within a large team of nurses, doctors, operational and security experts. You are never alone

About you
We're after personable experienced nurses who bring positive, friendly energy to a high-pressure environment. You'll fit right in if you:

- Previous Emergency, acute or general nursing experience in a hospital setting or pre-hospital care experience is a big plus.
- Minimum 3 years' hospital nursing experience as an RN
- Unconditional AHPRA Registration
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work on-site from our Sydney city office
