About the Team
The Vehicle Service Information domain provides tools, information, and IT support to the global service network for each brand within TRATON. This includes everything needed to perform repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, rebuilds, software updates, campaigns, and spare parts sales.
The team you’ll be joining is a global support team based in Sweden (Södertälje) and soon also in the US (Lisle) – acting as the first line of support for tWS during its worldwide rollout. We ensure rapid incident response, root cause analysis, and coordination of corrective actions – with a focus on continuous improvement and an excellent user experience.
You'll contribute directly to the deployment of a new global service platform and gain deep insight into the intersection of IT, diagnostics, and workshop operations.
