About the Job
The Learning Architect will join our Professional Learning Design & Development division and work with a cross-functional team of subject-matter experts, researchers, IB business leaders, and IB PD thought leaders to design an educator learning ecosystem to include formal and informal professional learning opportunities creating a continuous learning journey. This role involves the iterative development of an educator capabilities framework through user data and the instructional design of learning pathways, which lead to professional certifications aligned to critical educator skills from IB’s Teacher Capabilities Framework. The Learning Architect will also oversee the production of learning pathway content as we scale our implementation across the full IB programmes, and partner with in-house technologists to deliver modular, self-paced professional learning to teachers around the world through a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
