About the team you are joining

IATA Corporate services (CS) encompass Corporate Finance, Treasury and Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Global Finance Operations, Corporate Risk and Compliance, Corporate Administration and Procurement activities.
Join our Corporate Services division to help build the next generation Finance organization for IATA. The ambition that we have set ourselves as a division is to “Be the trusted proactive partner, providing data-driven and AI- enabled corporate services for the business, while upholding the highest fiduciary standards.” 

What your day would be like

Data Preparation and Validation
Prepare, update, and maintain monthly, forecast, and budget FP&A report packs across IATA Settlement Services, P&S, and Divisional reporting.
Perform data validation and transformation to ensure integrity, completeness, and accuracy across all datasets and reporting outputs.

Reporting Design and Enhancement
Support the development, updates and continuous improvement of FP&A reports and dashboards to enhance usability and analytical value.
Enhance existing reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and increase data reliability.

Planning and Reporting Template production and maintenance
Develop and maintain standardized Excel templates used for recurring reporting cycles and financial submissions.
Ensure templates are user‑friendly, consistent, and aligned with FP&A reporting standards.

Ad‑hoc Contribution to Projects and Business Partner Support
Contribute to projects, financial analyses, and process‑improvement initiatives as needed.
Support FP&A business partners on analysis and reporting.
Provide support to the FP&A team on emerging priorities.

 


We would love to hear from you if

- Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (within 12 months of graduation)
- Prior experience in Finance, Auditing, or Financial analysis is desirable. 
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data modelling and presentations.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate or Python) is highly desirable.
