Inside Sales Representative

Summary: Markets and sells products/services to customers or leads over the phone or via email.

Salary range: $25.00/Hour Base with Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses!

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales with current customers and new leads in assigned region
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Identify customer's buying trends and cycles
  • Estimate date & time of delivery to customer, based on of company’s delivery schedules.
  • Communicate with Logistics Department regarding problems with deliveries
  • Meet established sales goals per period evaluated
  • Account receivables collection
  • Occasionally visits leads and customers in its assign region alongside Manager
  • Attends national and regional trade shows
  • Research new products requests

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls
  • Listen to voicemails and return calls
  • Process orders via email, phone, fax or walk-ins and process them in SAP
  • Responsible for creating and presenting their customers with quotes and price list upon request
  • Builds, maintains and grow customer’s relationships
  • Enters accurate customer data and other sales data for customers into computer database
  • Uncover and resolves customer problems with orders
  • Provides product samples to qualified customers upon request
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.

Skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Organizational Skills: Coordination and prioritization of tasks and activities.
  • Communication Proficiency: Clear, concise, and effective communication. Active Listening. Excellent verbal and written communication. Positive attitude and warm tone.
  • Team Player: Persuasive/Proactive Team Player. Customer Service Oriented
  • Adaptability: Able and willing to change and improve in a dynamic environment. Adapting to changes as they come.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software

Work Environment:

  • Office environment with prolonged sitting
  • Moderate noise level
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
