This is a hybrid role (4 days in the office/1 day remote).

About the Team

 

Our Fund and Banking team provides foundational client service support for asset and cash transfer operations, working closely with back office teams to resolve securities-related queries while developing core competencies in funds and banking operations under guidance from senior team members. 

 

Key Responsbilities:

  • Resolve client inquiries via calls, chats, and e-mails for asset and cash transfers related to client support. 
  • Closely work with back office to manage and resolve all securities-related queries from clients globally, including systematic follow-up to resolve pending transfers/settlements, differences, and breaks. 
  • Support Operations Service in their Securities/Global Custody day-to-day transactional business in the field of Settlement, including clarifications and follow-up on settlements completion. 
  • Ensure query resolution till completion within agreed service levels and client satisfaction standards. 
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems. 
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to develop expertise in settlement processes, cash transfers, and global custody products. 
  • Collaborate with team members to identify common client issues and contribute to knowledge base development. 
  • Deliver excellent client service while continuously challenging process efficiency and behavior. 

Requirements:

  • University degree (Bachelor's) required. 
  • Previous client service experience within the financial or three years of inbound client services experience.
  • Passion for dealing with clients and understanding of securities and global custody products. 
  • Can-do mentality with proven ability to increase client satisfaction (you're a keen observer and problem solver) and with a flair for new technologies. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 
  • Focused on client service and timely resolving of client enquiries. 
  • Adaptable, motivated, self-directed, and driven (always staying up to date and improving). 
  • Strong communication skills in business language; additional language capabilities are a plus. 
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts including night shifts.

This role's anticipated base salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 annually based on skill's and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers both a discretionary cash bonus and stock award as well as a wide range of benefits, including health care, tuition reimbursement and much more.
