About this role
The Performance Marketing Associate role focuses on supporting end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta. This role is ideal for someone early in their performance marketing journey who enjoys working with data, experimenting with campaigns, and contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google, Meta.
● Implement and monitor ad campaigns, ensuring correct targeting, budgeting, and bidding.
● Analyze campaign performance and share insights for optimization with the team.
●Take responsibility for campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
● Track key KPIs and prepare campaign performance reports (weekly/monthly).
● Support budget planning and performance forecasting with the marketing manager.
● Contribute to strategy discussions by providing performance insights and market trends.
● Keep up with industry developments and integrate best practices into campaigns.
Requirements
●6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (internship, freelance, or junior role) in performance marketing.
● Hands-on exposure to ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
● Understanding of performance metrics and funnel optimization.
●Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
● Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (v-lookups, pivot tables, charts).
● Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
● Contribute to strategy discussions by providing performance insights and market trends.
● Keep up with industry developments and integrate best practices into campaigns.
