INTEGRIS Health Palliative Care Services | Oklahoma City Metro
INTEGRIS Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our Palliative Care team, serving patients in both the inpatient and home-based settings. Our team provides expert symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and supportive care services at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center, patients' homes throughout the Oklahoma City metro area, and through telehealth visits.
In this rewarding role, you will partner with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team to improve quality of life by assessing and managing pain and complex symptoms, facilitating informed treatment decisions, and delivering patient-centered care with empathy and respect.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
- Typical hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- On-call one week every nine weeks (phone calls only, low volume)
- No weekend clinic schedule
- Practice in diverse settings including:
- INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center
- INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center
- Home visits within a 30-mile radius of the Oklahoma City metro area
- Telehealth consultations

The Nurse Practitioner provides medical consultation, routine patient care, and follow-up as directed. This position requires population specific competencies.
