Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to operate at our Cardiff and Bristol facilities. This hands-on role requires working alongside teams while maintaining high-level oversight, quality standards, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Oversee and work alongside cleaning staff, monitoring performance and standards
- Conduct daily catch-ups with Team Leaders and teams
- Hold team meetings with comprehensive notes
- People Management
- Deliver Toolbox Talks, training and support staff learning
Quality and Compliance
- Conduct audits to ensure service excellence
- Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements with Manager and H&S team
- Check and update site documentation packs to ensure legislative compliance
- Report all incidents through appropriate channels
- Ensure first-class cleaning service delivery across all areas
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary client contact for communications
- Conduct audits jointly with Team Leaders and clients
- Communicate with Facilities Manager and Senior Management
- Liaise with contractors and arrange tanker services
- Arrange road closures for deliveries and collections
Systems and Administration
- Log, update and close Work Orders on Corrigo (CAFM)
- Collect stock sheets from Team Leaders and order cleaning materials online
- Price jobs and submit for approval
- Check and respond to work emails daily
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Essential Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience with strategic site management responsibilities
- Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Full UK driving licence to travel between sites regularly
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of Health and Safety regulations including COSHH and RAMS
- Experience with facilities management systems
- IT proficient with email and online ordering systems
- Flexible approach to working hours
Desirable Requirements
- Multi-site cleaning operations experience
- Experience in secure or government environments
- Knowledge of CMO /Corrigo or similar CAFM reporting systems

Working Arrangements
Mobile position requiring regular travel between Cardiff and Bristol sites. Company vehicle may be provided. Monday to Friday.
