An experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance real-time software solutions for medical technology products. The role requires strong expertise in C++, C#, software architecture, and modern development tools in a Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust real-time software applications using C++, C# and WPF.
  • Lead software design activities and apply industry-standard design patterns and architectural principles.
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle from requirements through verification and release.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system engineers, QA, product management, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Support troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of deployed products.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C++ development.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C# development.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience developing real-time software systems.
  • experience with .NET desktop application development.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows OS.
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio.
  • Experience developing and debugging multi-threaded software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing, deploying, and supporting scalable cloud-based applications and services in enterprise environments.
  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience.
  • Knowledge of regulated software development environments and procedures.
