Your Role.

• Develop and expand our Geared Motors business in Metals
• Build long‑term relationships with partners, OEMs, and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and execute the commercial strategy
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Configure and select Geared Motors using internal tools
• Collaborate closely with our factories and internal support functions
• Handle customer escalations when required
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas
• Promote digital tools and e‑commerce solutions to customers

Your Profil.

• We welcome experienced candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
• Experience in technical sales or business development
• Deep knowledge of Metals Industry
• Knowledge of motors, rotating machinery, or drive technology
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Interest in technology and industrial applications
• Ability to manage your own planning and priorities
• Strong command of English (required)
• German and additional languages are a plus
