Your Role
- We welcome experienced candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable technical discipline.
- Build and lead the Technical Center of Competence (TCC)
- Support Dedicated Sales and Technical Sales Support in technically challenging opportunities
- Support strategic customer projects and key accounts with deep technical expertise
- Develop application know-how for selected industries and complex applications
- Provide technical guidance for demanding sizing and application engineering tasks
- Identify recurring customer requirements and contribute to the industrialization of new product features together with Product Management
- Act as the global technical expert for selected technologies
- Analyze market trends and new technologies to identify future growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with international sales organizations, factories and engineering teams
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in application engineering, technical sales support, drive technology or industrial automation
- Strong knowledge of geared motors, drive systems, electric motors
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for solving technical challenges
- Excellent skills in technical sizing and application engineering
- Experience leading technical projects or interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in commissioning industrial drive systems is considered a strong asset
- Experience with frequency inverters and drive automation is an advantage
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical customer solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally to support customers, sales organizations and project activities when required
- Ability to work independently in an international environment
- Strong command of English (required)
- German and additional languages are a plus
