About this role

As an HR Specialist (f/m/d), you will be part of the Human Resources team and work closely with the HR Consultant, the international HR organization, business stakeholders, and local service providers. Based in the Czech Republic, you will take responsibility for the operational delivery of HR services across several countries in your area of responsibility.

In this role, you will ensure that local payroll and HR processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will support employees and managers as a trusted first point of contact for all HR process-related questions, while helping to maintain high service quality, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

More about the role:

  • Ensure the timely and accurate execution of local HR and payroll-related processes, including recurring activities, ad-hoc process events, and SLA/KPI tracking.
  • Act as the local point of contact for employees and line managers regarding payroll and HR-related topics and processes.
  • Manage HR and payroll tickets and requests in close coordination with third-party service providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor payroll processing by external service providers and support timely, accurate payroll delivery and coordination for the countries in scope.
  • Prepare, collect, and validate the documentation and employee data required for monthly payroll processing.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve process execution issues in coordination with the Regional Service Delivery Managers.
  • Ensure that all HR and payroll practices comply with country-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the local implementation of global and regional HR policies, adapting them to local laws, processes, and practices where necessary.
  • Coordinate closely with regional and global HR service delivery teams to ensure alignment and consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with local HR vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring performance and compliance standards are met.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data in payroll-relevant HR systems such as SuccessFactors and People Hub, and generate reports and extracts as required.
  • Support the local rollout and adoption of HR projects, system changes, and process improvements, including end-user enablement and change support.
  • Contribute actively to initiatives that improve HR and payroll processes, service quality, and the overall employee experience.

Your profile:

  • Experience in administrative or generalist HR roles and a decent understanding of payroll-related and operational HR processes.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment, ideally with exposure to multiple countries or regions. Your smooth collaboration with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds and openness to new ways of working is essential. We work in a matrix structure.
  • Our company is undergoing a transformation – you are content with changes and able to adapt.
  • A structured, accurate, and service-oriented working style, supported by a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • A university degree is required.
  • Good English is essential; knowledge of a Slavic language or Italian is an additional plus.

Our benefits:

  • 2 to 3 days per week of mobile working as the future global standard
  • Further training opportunities for both your professional and personal development
  • Committed team and flat management structures
