As a Global Product Manager for Sustainability Services, you will be a key player in shaping our customer services portfolio and driving impactful initiatives. Your day will be a mix of customer related and strategic activities with hands-on execution—engaging with regional teams, analyzing market trends, and coordinating innovation projects. You’ll work closely with customers and regions to position sustainability as a key differentiator, lead energy and CO2 optimization programs, and ensure our offerings stay ahead of competitors and generate actual customer value.

 

Your Future Role

  • End-to-end responsibility for driving global IN CS sustainability portfolio, including achieving the ReFresh target of +50 million by 2030.
  • Develop and position sustainability services as a core differentiator through marketing and customer engagement.
  • Drive portfolio innovation and R&D with a strong focus on business generation.
  • Lead portfolio training, regional engagement, and success measurement for sustainability offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify gaps in competitor sustainability offerings and define improvement strategies.
  • Support customer roadshows and programs such as refurbishment services, motor buyback, and carbon footprint optimization.

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in business development, product management, or strategic growth roles within industrial or energy sectors.
  • Strong expertise in sustainability strategies, energy optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Skilled in market analysis, portfolio positioning, and developing value-based business cases.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital enablement platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer value propositions and drive adoption of innovative solutions.
