Order Management Intern (40 hours / week)
About this role
As an Order Management Intern at INNIO, you provide administrative support for spare parts order processing, including order entry and booking, as well as the preparation of shipping instructions and related shipping documents.

- Process orders entry, validation and booking in accordance with customer requirements and applicable Order Rules
- Ensure on-time order entry, validation and booking of customer orders
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests
- Prepare shipping instructions, shipping documents, certificates and other required documents to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations
- Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules, execute mandatory EHS trainings and immediately report the incidents and near misses as required
- Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related discipline (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access) and MS Outlook
- Ability to work 40 hours / week
- Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
- Fluent English AND Hungarian is a must
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently, work out and apply new ways of resolution
- Team player attitude
