Your Responsibilies:
- Define and ensure the correctness of parts lists (scope of supply) for the Material Stream Agreement (MSAs) business.
- Work in strong collaboration with customers and the service engineering team to help define the best possible technical solution.
- Assist customers regarding technical issues during parts ordering process
- Coordinate the resolution of engineering problems that impact maintenance schedule and/or cost.
- Ensure having the right parts defined for customer needs
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering
- Fluent English and Hungarian communication skills (both written and spoken) German or any other language is a plus.
- Ability to deliver results on-time and on target
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
- Strategic thinking and hands-on operational implementation approach
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving, analytical and organizing skills among the ability to think and act customer focused
- Able to understand customer needs and prioritize key activities
