As a Master Data Governance Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day activities related to master data management for Ingredion affiliates in the APAC/EMEA region. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What you will do:
Vendor Master Data:
Gather/Review documentation according to regional policies for vendor setup.
Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of vendor master data in the SAP system.
Customer Master Data:
Create, update, and manage customer master data in the SAP system.
Work closely with sales and customer service and credit teams to ensure customer information is accurate and current.
Material Master Data:
Maintain and update material master data, including product descriptions, specifications, and classifications.
Coordinate with production, inventory, and supply chain, quality and accounting teams to ensure material data accuracy.
Financial Master Data:
Manage financial master data, including chart of accounts, cost centers, and FX rates.
What you will bring:
A diploma/bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in data governance field
Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Proficient in English and Mandarin (as this role will be supporting China)
