Come join our team where you’ll make technology happen in surprising ways. Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!

Position Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented person to support quality across our ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) operation. This role is primarily data-driven — the majority of your time will be spent working through spreadsheets, audits, and reporting to verify accuracy and compliance across the asset lifecycle. The rest of the role is where you'll really add value: stepping away from the data to troubleshoot root causes, investigate anomalies, and work cross-functionally to resolve them.

The ideal candidate doesn't just process data — they read it. You'll be expected to spot trends and recurring issues in the numbers and use those insights to help the team catch problems earlier in the process, before they become downstream defects, compliance risks, or customer-facing issues.

What You'll Do

Data & Quality Analysis (~85–90% of role)

  • Own the day-to-day quality-control workload across large volumes of spreadsheet-based data related to ITAD processing, asset tracking, and disposition records.
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify accuracy, compliance, and completeness against company standards and customer/contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, audit trails, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify non-conforming records or assets and route them for corrective action.

Troubleshooting & Process Improvement (~10–15% of role)

  • Analyze quality data to identify patterns, trends, and recurring root causes — not just individual defects.
  • Use those insights to recommend and help implement upstream process fixes that prevent issues before they occur.
  • Partner with Operations, Compliance, Technical Support, and other departments to investigate quality concerns and drive resolution.
  • Communicate findings and improvement opportunities clearly to department leadership.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support adherence to company policies, ITAD/data-destruction compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor quality-related metrics and workflow performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support training on quality standards and best practices as needed.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

What You Bring

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years of quality, auditing, or data-analysis experience, ideally within ITAD, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Data Fluency: Strong, demonstrated comfort working in spreadsheets daily — comfortable with formulas, filtering, pivot tables, and spotting inconsistencies in large data sets.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to look beyond individual errors to identify patterns and recurring root causes in data.
