We are hiring a Client Relationship Officer to join our Wholesale Department for a 6-month internship (or longer), starting in September 2026.

Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.

Who We’re Looking For

Are you a student in Economics, Management, Finance, with a strong interest in banking ? Are you curious, eager to learn, and motivated to gain real experience in an international banking environment ? Then this internship in middle office is for you.

We offer a hands-on internship where you will support the implementation and daily operations of our corporate e-banking application, a key solution for our business clients.

What You’ll Be Involved In

  • Support the Implementation of e-Banking Solutions
  • Take part in the setup and customization of e-banking tools for corporate clients
  • Help manage user access and configuration updates to existing contracts
  • Work on real operational topics
  • Contribute to the daily management of our digital banking platforms
  • Be involved in payment flows processing via Multiline and understand how transactions move in real life

Client Interaction & Helpdesk Support

  • Interact directly with clients by phone and email (approximately 60% French, 40% English)
  • Assist clients with updates to their existing setup, such as adding users or adjusting access
    Reach out to clients to guide them through migrations to new tools or to provide support in case of issues (e.g. payment errors)
  • Contribute to Technical and Administrative Operations
  • Participate in the day-to-day management of e-banking platforms
  • Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach in all client interactions
