Infoya is growing its Quality Engineering (QE) Services team in Costa Rica and we’re looking for motivated new technology graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in software quality and testing.

This role is designed for graduates who want to build a strong foundation in:

·        Software Quality Assurance (QA)

·        Quality Engineering (QE)

·        Agile software delivery

·        Enterprise applications

·        Automation and AI-driven testing practices

 

What You’ll Do

·        Design and execute test cases and testing scenarios

·        Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing

·        Identify, document, and track software defects

·        Work with developers and stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues

·        Participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning

·        Support SDLC and STLC processes

·        Help improve testing processes and quality standards

·        Maintain testing documentation and reporting


Requirements

What You Bring

·        Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technology field

·        Strong curiosity and willingness to learn

·        Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

·        Strong communication and teamwork abilities

·        Attention to detail and an interest in how software works

·        Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively

·        Basic knowledge of Java, CSS, and C+

·        Familiarity with software testing concepts is considered an asset

  • Nice to have: Internship experience in QA, software development, IT support, or other technology-related roles
