What this role is all about
As a Telecom Account Manager at Infobip, you will play a key role in building and strengthening long-term partnerships with telecom operators. You will act as the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring strong collaboration, operational excellence, and sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, you will help deliver value to our telecom partners while supporting Infobip’s broader business goals in a fast-evolving, technology-driven environment.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key telecom accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing discussions and contract renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for telecom partners, managing communications, escalations, and service updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, technical support, and other teams to coordinate service delivery and meet expectations.
- Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews, demonstrating value delivered and identifying growth opportunities.
- Analyze usage and performance data to propose optimization strategies and support business development initiatives.
- Manage billing inquiries and disputes, coordinating internally to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Facilitate onboarding and rollout of new services, ensuring smooth commercial and operational handover.
- Monitor industry trends and market pricing in collaboration with Business Analysts to stay competitive and informed.
What makes you a strong fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a clear commercial mindset.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Additional language skills beyond English.
