As a Solution Engineer Associate, you will begin your journey within Infobip’s Solution Engineering division by learning how our products, solutions, and business support customers across different industries. You will work closely with mentors and experienced team members while contributing to solution proposals, technical design, integrations, and customer implementations. This role gives you exposure to both technical and business topics, with opportunities to develop as a generalist or grow into specialized areas such as CX consultancy, product expertise, or industry-focused solution engineering. You will help customers understand the value of Infobip solutions and services while building foundational technical and consulting capabilities.

What you’ll do

  • Develop an understanding of customers’ businesses and support the identification of solutions and products that address their needs
  • Assist in designing solutions and preparing simple technical solution and service integration plans
  • Collect technical requirements and support the preparation of technical and security questionnaires
  • Conduct product demos and support proof-of-concept activities for customers
  • Assist with scoping exercises and contribute to service quote estimations
  • Configure and implement Infobip solutions for new and existing customers based on business requirements
  • Deliver technical documentation, customer training sessions, and meeting summaries while contributing to internal knowledge sharing and Communities of Practice

What makes you a strong fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related technical field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical, customer-facing, support, consulting, or solution-oriented role
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS solutions, or cloud technologies
  • Interest in solution engineering, customer communication technologies, and technical consulting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to documentation, task management, and customer communication
  • Curious mindset with motivation to continuously learn about products, technologies, and market trends
  • Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Exposure to customer-facing technical activities such as demos, implementations, onboarding, or technical support
  • Familiarity with communication platforms, CPaaS, or customer engagement solutions
  • Interest in specialization areas such as CX consultancy, solution design, or product expertise
  • Experience using AI tools or interest in applying AI to learning, productivity, or customer solutions
