We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our regional sales team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is your gateway into enterprise technology sales — you will be the driving force behind outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and new business identification across assigned regions and industries.

As a BDR, you will work closely with Regional Sales teams, Account Executives, and Customer Facing teams to generate qualified meetings and opportunities that fuel our growth. What will you do

  • Execute outbound prospecting activities across assigned regions, industries, and target accounts
  • Identify and engage prospective customers using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach channels
  • Research target accounts, customer segments, industries, and buying personas to uncover new business opportunities
  • Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Customer Facing teams and Account Executives
  • Work closely with Regional Sales and Customer Facing teams to support pipeline generation initiatives and strategic growth priorities
  • Support industry, squad, and regional pipeline generation campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain outreach sequences and prospect engagement activities using approved tools and methodologies
  • Use best-in-class prospecting and research tools to identify relevant contacts, validate information, and enrich account data
  • Maintain accurate prospect, account, and activity data within Salesforce and outreach platforms
  • Follow qualification standards and outreach best practices to ensure high-quality pipeline generation
  • Build and maintain knowledge of Infobip solutions, products, industries, and customer use cases
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Facing teams to improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates
  • Provide ongoing market feedback and prospect insights to support continuous process and messaging optimization
  • Utilize AI tools and automation to improve prospect research, outreach preparation, productivity, and engagement quality
  • Participate in onboarding, coaching, enablement, and continuous learning initiatives
  • Accept feedback, coaching, and training to support continuous professional development and career progression

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Previous experience in sales development, outbound prospecting, or B2B lead generation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with outbound cold outreach via phone, email, and social channels
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about technology, cloud communications, and the CPaaS industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach sequences and priorities
  • A team player mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools is a plus
