Let’s build what’s next, together.

As a Business Analytics Specialist for RCS, you will play a central role in impacting commercial and influencing decisions across Infobip’s business analytics. You will work at the intersection of analytics, pricing, connectivity, product, and go-to-market teams, helping optimize gross profit, improve pricing strategies, and support the growth of global RCS initiatives. The role combines hands-on analytical work with cross-functional coordination, business advisory responsibilities, and ownership of high-impact projects. You will collaborate closely with teams across Go to market, Connectivity, Billing, Product, Development, Legal, and Operations to ensure scalable and commercially sustainable RCS growth.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coordinate global RCS analytics and pricing initiatives, with ownership of high-impact business and operational projects

  • Analyze pricing, routing, margin, and gross profit performance to identify optimization opportunities and support commercial decision-making

  • Maintain and continuously improve RCS connectivity terms, pricing, and coverage data across global and regional markets

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Success, and other Go to market teams by providing analytics, pricing recommendations, anomaly detection, and customer insights

  • Support development and rollout of new pricing models, billing logic, differentiated pricing, and commercial frameworks for RCS products and carrier partnerships

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Billing, Product, Development, Connectivity, Legal, and Data Intelligence teams

  • Monitor industry trends, operator strategies, and market developments to proactively identify business risks and growth opportunities

What makes you a strong fit

  • Experience in business analytics, pricing, commercial operations, telecommunications, CPaaS, or a related domain

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets, pricing models, and operational reporting

  • Experience using Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools

  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, support analytics, or generate business insights

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative, contribute new ideas, and actively identify opportunities for improvement rather than waiting only for assigned tasks

  • Ability to work with large datasets, margin analysis, and business reporting

  • Experience collaborating across multiple business functions and coordinating complex projects with diverse stakeholders

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify business risks, anomalies, and optimization opportunities

  • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with multiple ongoing initiatives and shifting priorities

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings and commercial recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience working with RCS, messaging products, mobile operators, or carrier partnerships

  • Exposure to pricing strategy, billing systems, or commercial framework development

  • Understanding of telecommunications industry concepts such as routing, delivery rates, network identifiers, or capability checks
