Position Purpose

The Diagnostic Coordinator is responsible for the launch and delivery of a range of surveys that drive measurable value for Info-Tech Research Group client organizations. They will manage the diagnostic survey process from the initial launch call to report delivery and will have the opportunity to foster personal relationships with a wide variety of IT leaders.

This is a fixed term contract role. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for launch and delivery of a range of IT surveys (16+ programs), including CIO Business Vision, IT Staffing, and IT Management & Governance.
  • Conduct launch calls with clients to establish survey timelines and requirements.
  • Build, test, launch, and manage surveys using propriety survey software.
  • Prepare client deliverables and schedule/support results delivery.
  • Respond to questions and manage expectations while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Maintain quality assurance/control processes. 
  • Identify opportunities for process and product improvement. 
  • Support with team initiatives related to marketing, content, product enhancement, etc.

Required:  

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

 

Desirable:

  • Experience with technology surveys and/or research
  • Experience with survey software
  • Experience with quality assurance practices
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience or exposure to IT

Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is preferred to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
