About this role

As a Communication Specialist Trainee, you will support the development of communication materials and the delivery of targeted messages to end-user groups impacted by the ngCoreERP Pilot and its ecosystem. The ngCoreERP Program Office is responsible for building a new digital platform that supports Finance and Operations business processes, driving efficiency and creating value for Nokia.

In this role, you will apply communication and marketing principles to support the execution of the program’s communication plan, working closely with Change Managers on change and communication initiatives. You will collaborate with Business Readiness and Training teams to ensure alignment across workstreams and support successful user adoption.

You will also engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Program and Project Leads, Business Group Change Leaders, and other stakeholders to gather inputs, coordinate reviews, and help deliver clear, engaging, and effective communications.
