Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Support assessment on non‑lab process results, independently drive corrective actions for test‑ or product‑related deviations; lead 8D activities for product failures arising from laboratory operations.
  • Independently coordinate laboratory orders for qualification, monitoring and development‑related tests & stress setup; liaise with external test houses to align product test and reliability stress loading, covering committed deadlines, test specifications and equipment utilisation.
  • Independently develop and implement new testing concepts to meet customer and product requirements; perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of assigned test equipment.
  • Serve as key interface for equipment suppliers; take end‑to‑end responsibility for equipment installation, calibration, ramp‑up and formal buy‑off.
  • Own program release and buy‑off for Discrete, Power Modules and SiMic products; create training materials and work instructions, and deliver know‑how transfer to operational staff for proper equipment handling.
  • Support equipment and process adaptation based on new requirements derived from product and technology roadmaps.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering
  • Around 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry; product testing experience is preferred
  • At least 2 years of laboratory testing working experience
  • Minimum 2‑year working experience being responsible for no less than three sub‑fields within a laboratory environment
