Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, and providing high-quality, data-driven support for key strategic decisions. This role will require close collaboration with Operations, Marketing & Revenue Managers and regional teams for seamless project alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle projects to evolve ride types, coordinating various HQ departments and Regional teams. Ensure all workstreams are aligned and executed on schedule.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Product requirements and Marketing initiatives.
- Consolidate insights from market research and internal stakeholders into a structured backlog. Advocate for business needs within the Product department, monitors the implementation of new features, and manages backlog of Marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate the selection of priority cities for respective ride types based on business cases and marketplace dynamics.
- Manage analytical requests supporting tariff performance across markets, coordinating supply assessments, vehicle segmentation reviews, and growth diagnostics
- Oversee the execution of launches.
- Drive C-level reporting preparation. Coordinates teams before key meetings.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Driver Operations, Marketing, and Regional teams to ensure coherent planning and execution.
- Participate in strategic discussions
- Communicate performance outcomes, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and business cases to peer and senior leadership stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects, preferably in a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment.
- Proven ability to speak "product" and "business" languages fluently; experience managing backlogs and development cycles.
- Skilled in using large datasets to inform project decisions and measure impact.
- Strong understanding of unit economics, marketplace dynamics, and pricing mechanics.
- Highly organized with a proactive approach to stakeholder management and problem-solving.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, implementing solutions. Readiness for hands-on execution is a must.
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problem spaces and driving decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Structured thinker with a bias toward execution and measurable impact.
