Key Responsibilities
- Global E-com Marketing Strategy & Scaling: Develop, implement, and continuously refine the comprehensive global marketing strategy to scale inDrive’s E-com direction across all priority markets.
- Marketing Mix & Funnel Optimization: Own and optimize the global marketing mix to hit aggressive targets across core business KPIs: New User Acquisition (CAC/Volume/Quality of NU’s), Monthly Transactional Customers (MTC), Retention Rate, and Average Order Value (AOV). Marketing Mix will designed for both: sellers and buyers.

- Multi-Vertical User Ecosystem Growth: Strategically design partnerships and campaigns that accelerate the conversion of single-product users into multi-vertical platform users (e.g., cross-selling from Ride-Hailing to E-com/Food and vice versa).
- Commercial Impact & Net Revenue Generation: Ensure all marketing activities and partnerships are directly tied to financial performance. You will be responsible for calculating, forecasting, and delivering measurable Net Revenue Generation from all marketing-driven partner integrations.
Qualifications
- Marketplace Marketing Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Marketplace Marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing acquisition / retention mechanics and analytics driving the commercial impact. Experience working with classified / partnerships business models.
- Matrix Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and inspiring cross-functional, multicultural marketing teams in a complex matrix environment. Ability to align regional execution teams with global strategic objectives without direct hierarchical authority.
- Strategic Budgeting & Media Planning: Exceptional skills in financial planning, data-driven budget allocation, and marketing mix modeling. You know how to maximize ROI and distribute capital efficiently across diverse global acquisition channels.
- Hard KPIs Commitment: A strong, numbers-first mindset with a proven track record of committing to and hitting strict growth targets, specifically New User Growth and Monthly Transactional Customers (MTC).
- Advanced Commercial Acumen: Analytical capability to evaluate business models, calculate LTV/CAC ratios, assess incrementality, and forecast the financial impact of partnerships before deployment.
- Communication & Cultural Fit: Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus. Passion for fast-paced, high-growth marketplace businesses and a customer-centric mindset aligned with inDrive's mission.
