Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Driver Operations across Expansion markets, taking ownership of operational performance and driver supply health across multiple countries.
- Lead the operational setup and launch of new markets and cities, from market preparation and launch planning to execution, stabilization, and further scaling.
- Monitor and analyze key driver metrics across markets, including acquisition, registration, verification, activation, conversion, supply, engagement, retention, and overall driver performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring frameworks to ensure visibility into driver funnel and market performance.
- Lead underperforming markets by identifying key operational gaps, defining recovery plans, setting priorities, and driving execution together with local teams.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of driver acquisition channels, incentives, offline activities, and other growth initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business, Product, Legal, Finance, Verification, Customer Support, and other teams to ensure successful market launches and sustainable growth.
- Support operational planning, including driver acquisition strategy, incentives, offline operations, resources, and budgets.
- Collect and analyze market insights, competitor practices, driver feedback, and local operational learnings.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in Driver Operations, Marketplace Operations, Growth Operations, Business Operations, Market Expansion, or a similar role.
- Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, taxi, transportation, logistics, delivery, or another marketplace business is highly preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel frequently and extensively across international markets
- Strong experience working with driver or supply-side metrics and understanding acquisition, onboarding, verification, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with operational KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of market launch processes and ability to coordinate multiple operational workstreams and dependencies.
- Proven ability to lead complex operational projects independently and drive them from planning to execution.
- Experience working closely with Product, Marketing, Business, Legal, Finance, Verification, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership mindset, proactivity, and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and experience working with BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Experience working across multiple countries, regions, or emerging markets.
