Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support for Fleet projects across multiple markets: drafting and negotiating fleet partnership and service agreements, drive-to-own and leasing structures, advance-payment and financing arrangements.
- Draft, review, and redline a broad range of commercial contracts, templates, and policies - including partnership agreements, integration documents, MoUs, and terms of use.
- Provide legal advice on civil, commercial, consumer, and digital law matters.
- Advise on cross-border legal structuring, flagging regulatory, licensing, and tax considerations, and coordinating with local counsel where needed.
- Monitor relevant regulations across assigned markets and prepare clear, concise legal analysis with practical recommendations.
- Support the development of reusable legal templates, checklists, and internal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional and global projects.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm, ideally supporting IT, tech, or platform companies.
- Solid grounding in civil and commercial law; exposure to financing/leasing, consumer, or marketing/advertising law is a strong plus.
- Interest in or familiarity with digital platform regulation is an advantage.
- Strong drafting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional/local language proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in an international or fast-paced environment is a plus.
