Description
(5 days/week) to provide first-line technical support for employees across the company. You will be responsible for ensuring stable hardware and software operations, assisting with employee onboarding, and maintaining access controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle IT support requests via ticketing system (Jira)
- Set up and maintain workstations (Windows & macOS)
- Manage equipment lifecycle: issuance, return, and asset tracking
- Process user access requests in line with internal policies
- Maintain IT security measures and documentation
- Contribute to the team knowledge base
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1+ year in IT support / service desk
- Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking basics (TCP/IP)
- Experience with Jira, Google Workspace, or Office 365
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Linux or network equipment experience (MikroTik, Cisco, Ubiquiti) is a plus
