Job Title: Quality Engineering Architect / Automation Architect

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineering Architect / Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale test automation strategies and quality engineering practices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation frameworks, modern programming languages, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and DevOps, with the ability to drive quality transformation across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-wide Quality Engineering and automation strategies.
  

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust test automation frameworks.
  

• Lead automation initiatives across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.
  

• Establish best practices for automation architecture, coding standards, and test governance.
  

• Drive Shift-Left testing practices and promote automation-first quality engineering.
  

• Evaluate and implement modern testing tools, frameworks, and AI-powered testing solutions.
  

• Monitor automation health through reporting, logging, and quality metrics.
  

• Mentor QA engineers and automation teams while providing technical leadership and guidance.
  

• Work closely with stakeholders to define quality goals, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Automation Architecture and Quality Engineering.
  

• Expertise in automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
  

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or C#.
  

• Strong experience in UI and API testing tools and frameworks.
  

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
  

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  

• Knowledge of test reporting, logging, and monitoring solutions.
  

• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, Continuous Testing, and Shift-Left testing practices.
  

• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise-scale automation frameworks.
  

• Knowledge of Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Accessibility Testing.
  

• Experience with AI-powered testing tools and Agentic AI solutions.
  

• Relevant certifications in Quality Engineering, Cloud Technologies, or Agile methodologies.
