Senior Data Analyst

Job Description:

• Analyze complex datasets and deliver strategic business recommendations

• Develop advanced SQL queries and scalable analytical solutions

• Perform advanced data analysis using Python (Pandas)

• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical models

• Conduct root cause analysis and drive data-backed decision-making

• Gather business requirements and recommend process improvements

• Lead end-to-end analytical projects and present insights to senior stakeholders

• Mentor junior analysts and establish analytical best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong SQL and Python (Pandas)

• Google Sheets and Looker

• Experience with data visualization tools

• Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills

• Business acumen and structured problem-solving

• Ability to independently lead analytical projects in ambiguous environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of A/B Testing and basic Machine Learning

• Experience with Shell Scripting

• API integration and data extraction

• Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical workstreams
