Job Title: Senior Automation Specialist
Job Description:
• Design, build, and maintain automation-first analytical workflows for business operations
• Develop robust Python and SQL solutions integrating APIs and internal systems
• Automate manual processes into scalable, reusable, and maintainable workflows
• Design reliable solutions with testing, monitoring, alerting, and documentation
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and failure recovery through best practices
• Conduct technical design reviews and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into automation solutions
Required Skills:
• Strong Python programming (APIs, OOP, Pandas, error handling)
• Strong SQL (Hive/Presto) with query optimization and data quality focus
• Experience with automation, orchestration, monitoring, and version control
• Knowledge of technical documentation, runbooks, and workflow governance
• Understanding of data freshness, access controls, and failure recovery
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
