Job Description – Automation Test Lead

Domain: Insurance (P&C Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in JavaScript-based automation and Insurance domain testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead automation testing and define test strategies.
  

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
  

• Develop and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end automation tests.
  

• Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and OpenAI.
  

• Mentor QA teams and drive automation best practices.
  

• Collaborate with customers, developers, and stakeholders.
  

• Analyze defects and ensure timely resolution.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong JavaScript automation experience.
  

• Insurance domain experience; P&C preferred.
  

• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools.
  

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
