Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it’s umbrella – SALT, Parkers, Somewhere, Public, Kumo, Shalwa and SOIL.
We are currently seeking an Team Leader for our healthy concept located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The key requirements will include the following:
The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the daily operations of SOIL outlets and assisting different locations across the UAE as required. The role involves hands-on supervision of both FOH and BOH operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the team in the daily operations of the outlet.
- Be flexible to work and support different SOIL outlets across the UAE.
- Have hands-on experience in both FOH and BOH operations.
- Manage and monitor food delivery aggregator platforms.
- Assist with daily ordering and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure required items are ordered on time.
- Prepare basic operational reports when required.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company standards are followed.
- Support and train team members as needed.
