Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the bar.

Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bartenders and bar staff.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor stock levels, order beverages and supplies, and control inventory to minimize waste.
  • Develop and update beverage menus, including cocktails and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bar area.
  • Monitor cash handling, daily sales, and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service regulations.
  • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
