Requirements

Job Summary:


You will play a crucial role in INCREFF’s growth journey by working with clients and third party service providers to plan, execute and optimize end to end warehouse operations. 


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to be the POC for the client's warehousing needs.

  • Responsible to plan and align the 3PL warehouse operations as per the client's requirements

  • Responsible to  monitor day to day operations and ensure SLAs and SOPs are followed

  • Responsible to  ensure records are maintained accurately 

  • Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through meeting the KRAs as per the contract

  • Responsible for communicating to the client about the progress and roadblocks if any


Skill-set:

  • Minimum 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in on-ground warehouse operations

  • Good written and spoken communication in English

  • Someone who is passionate about operations and going the extra mile to achieve perfection

  • A super fast learner, & person who gets things done
