The Position

Hub Director - Thailand

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Own full P&L and operational performance across 3 sites, Lampang, Ranong and Ayutthaya.
- Directly manage Lampang plant operations as Operations Manager
- Lead all operations: production, maintenance, planning, and warehousing
- Drive best-in-class EHS standards and safety culture
- Deliver production targets on quality, cost, and timeline
- Define and execute industrial strategy, including capex and long-term investment plans
- Drive operational excellence (productivity, cost, energy, lead-time improvement)
- Ensure asset reliability through effective maintenance strategy
- Optimize inventory and working capital efficiency
- Align operations with Life of Mine plan with geology teams

- Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites
- Act as key interface with regional/global stakeholders and Centers of Excellence
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Others Support Function and Business teams.

Finance:
- Control production and maintenance costs across sites
- Lead budgeting and track performance against targets

- Good knowledge of all operations aspects (Safety, Production, Quality, Process, Capex…)
- Demonstrated capabilities of reaching cost reduction and productivity
- Customer oriented mindset
- People management skills
- Ability to manage crisis 
 

Ideal background/ experience
- Engineering degree: BE- Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Process/Mining Engineering
- Operations experience (as plant manager with P&L responsibility) is mandatory, with a proven track record in safety/environmental issues
- 15+ years’ experience in a similar industrial environment

Language
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
