EU Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to own and lead EU sales efforts, with native or fluent German language skills. Whether you're an Israeli professional with a German background, a native German speaker, or someone who has built deep professional fluency in the language, this is your opportunity to leverage that rare combination of linguistic and commercial expertise in a high-growth, cutting-edge technology company.
In this role, you will be the engine behind our revenue targets across Europe, working in close partnership with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
Your mission: scale our subscription-based business, break into new enterprise accounts, and build lasting relationships across the EU, with German-speaking markets as a core focus.
What You'll Own
Enterprise Pipeline Growth - Be the driving force behind new Enterprise business, owning the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll build and execute the strategy that puts us in front of the right decision-makers.
Market Expansion - Strategically grow our global customer base using a consultative sales approach, with a focus on EU markets where German-language fluency can open doors.
Client Relationship Management: - Deeply understand your client pipeline, their challenges, goals, and growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that genuinely solve their problems.
On-Site Customer Visits - Plan and lead in-person visits with key prospects across Europe, building the trust and rapport that enterprise deals require.
Product Demonstrations - Run compelling, insight-driven online demos of our embedded AI platform, translating complex technology into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
Contract Negotiations - Lead sophisticated commercial negotiations, guiding deals to mutually beneficial outcomes with confidence and precision.
Participating in industry events – travel to various countries to present the company and its product at industry events
Requirements
5–6+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
Proven track record selling B2B SaaS into Enterprise accounts, ideally in AI, autonomous driving, or adjacent deep-tech industries
Native or fluent German speaker - this is essential for success in this role
Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, proactive execution style
Willingness to travel periodically for customer visits and industry events
