Sr Manager – SAP Global Logistics & Distribution

The Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Manager – Global Logistics to lead and optimize our global logistics processes through SAP S/4 HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TMS, and SAP BN4L solutions. This role will focus on driving digital transformation, network expansions, mergers and acquisitions, and process excellence across global warehouse, logistics, and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen in supply chain management with deep SAP functional expertise (S/4 HANA Stock Room, EWM, TMS, BN4L) and leadership skills to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities will include
- Lead the SAP Global Logistics function, aligning technology capabilities with business strategy.
- Define and drive Global Logistics transformation initiatives, process optimization, and best practices across global operations.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders (Commercials, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Operations) to integrate end-to-end logistics and digital transformation solutions.
- Oversee design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Logistics solutions (SAP S/4HANA Stock Room, EWM, TMS, BN4L, and 3PL EDI Interfaces).
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP Logistics Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and other cross-functional teams.
- Build high-performing teams to work cross-functionally.
- Manage warehouse and logistics related master data.
- Ensure seamless integration of Warehouse and Transportation management systems with upstream and downstream processes.
- Manage the Vendor for Application Management Services (AMS) Support and help establish a framework for service optimization, stability and performance monitoring
- Monitor KPIs and deliver continuous improvements.
Preferred background, skills and experience
- 12–15 years of Global Supply Chain/Logistics and SAP experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics modules (S/4HANA Stock room, SAP EWM, SAP TMS, SAP BN4L) and integration with Finance & Supply Chain.
- Proven track record in managing Logistics transformation programs.
- Experience with global Logistics operations, supplier management, and SOX compliance.
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
